am in Final Yr of Btech from DU NSIT But have papers left to clear next yr...Can I apply to Join a BA(Hons) PolSc by correspondence from DU?

Though I am in my Final yr Btech from Delhi University,I have some supplementary papers left to clear Next yr so i wont be getting degree this year So can I apply in June for a BA(Hons) Pol Sc by correspondence from DU itself(or ANY OTHER UNIVERSITY) while i complete my Btech degree SIDE BY SIDE??
