Am planning to do my MS for production engineering in Germany, during Fall of 2013 . when can i take my GRE exam ? Pls help

I am pursuing my BE . Will be completing by june 2013 . Which date or month should i register for GRE exams . I am taking up coaching from july 2012 . coaching duration is 3 months . Want to preferably go by fall of 2013 . and also will MS right after BE without work exp be ok?!?!
