I love medical surgical nursing. But now a days it's very common so am thinking about obstetric in nursing. So which subject should I choose for my msc nursing

Optional subjects should ideally be chosen based on interest and not the rareness. And anyway Medical Surgical has more opportunities in terms of career options and so you can proceed with this safer choice if your interest also matches to it. Again, choose what you would love to study/learn.
