I am completng masters by june. I would like to get into a phd course by 2013 end or start of 2014. I am keen on obtaining schlrship for ph.d course in top univs of us or canada.I have compltd graduatn frm calcutta univ wth rank marks. And I have arnd 72prcnt marks in masters till now.
