BOTH ARE GOOD WHAT U HAVE TO SEE WHERE UR INTEREST OCCUR....IN CASE OF M.TECH UR IN UR CORE FIELDS AND GET JOBS RELATED THAT WHERE AS IN CASE MANAGEMENT UR DIVERSE UR FIELD .....

Madam According to ur graduation .. m Tech is best option for u other thing is M.tech is open a door for u in teaching line which is best for female.. MBA IT is also gud option.. u also pursue MCA.. Just think yourself in which direction you want to go.. we r just guide u.. I think Teaching line is
