i need to know the university which collects less fee and offers scholarships... i also need to know about the enterance exam need to be cleared to get admission in such universities...

Hi Sivasurya, there are some very good universities that offer the course of your interest. Applying to the best Universities should be your criteria than the universities offering courses at low fee. If you have a good profile, then whichever University you go to you will be awarded scholarship.
