am wrkng in sales & mktg since last 8 yrs. I wish to change my career in other field as have been facing very tough situations in this field due to lot of un controllable parameters, hence guide me which education would be better. Am from pune & completed chem engg.

Hi
You can go for SAP training in SD module where you will help management, organisaion, accounts and sales team to generate and maintain data
Other option is going for job as a sales trainer, both will help you
