AME From Singhania university

I hv compltd AME course in Avionics stream from SOA,New Delhi a license course approved DGCA.Came to know about degree program in AME offered by Singhania university,Rajasthan want to know the authenticity of course and if I complete this course whether can I apply for govrmnt jobs
