Delhi University is the best option among the above university mentioned. DU has added this course in PG few years ago. For more information regarding this course, you can visit DU website. -
Delhi University is the best option among all the options you mentioned as it's a government university and has a renowned name.

Amity University, Noida is a better option as AIES is to develop this institute as a 'Centre of Excellence' in the field of Environmental Science and Technology. Apart from education, the institute intends to impart special training to students who can handle the various emerging environmental problems faced by the industries and the society on both the technological and environmental fronts. The academic programmes of the institute are reviewed/revised periodically and updated, keeping in mind the need for the changes desired in the curriculum, like new courses or upgrading of individual courses or introduction of specific programmes.
