As LPU alumni, I would recommend LPU, for engineering, If you are looking for industry-oriented academics, practical-based curriculum, professional corporate culture during college life itself, and better placement in any fortune company, then Lovely Professional University- LPU is totally worth it.

B Tech Mechatronics is an Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST JEE (Mains). If Candidate has 85 or more percentile in JEE (Mains), then LPU NEST is exempted. The highest salary offered was 31 LPA while 4.2 LPA was average salary offered. The Fee per semester is Rs 120000. You can get over 45 percent waive off on the programme fee through LPU NEST. The highlights of the course are :

Chitkata university is not a better choice because main thing is tha facilitates of the college and placements that would be more important so Chandigarh university is better oot.

Dear Aspirant, Chandigarh University, LPU, and Chitkara University are good and well-known private universities in India and doing well in the education sector. Coming to Mechatronics Engineering, being alumni of LPU I would like to share a few details of this programme with you at LPU. One of my friends cousins did B.Tech in ME-Mechatronics Engineering from LPU itself. He learned the following things at LPU:
Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, Science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialisation to the solution of complex engineering problems. Problem analysis: Identity, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences. Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, and cultural, societal, and environmental considerations. Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions. Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations
The engineer and society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.
