an diploma holder and a central govt employee wanna pursue BE/Btech

i m an diploma & a central govt. employee,currently posted at Jodhpur,Rajasthan. I wanna pursue BE/Btech in Electrical,so that i can apply 4 any central/state govt/PSU job as an BE/Btech & it'd b valid such a way that i can also sit in GATE exam and apply for ME/Mtech in any University or IIT.help.
