an heart patient had hole in his heart and he had been operated at the age of 16 . and he is well now .is he eligible for ips physically??

If he recovers completely from the post operative care then he will be eligible for IPS.

Well it depends, bcoz all the medical examinations held over there will decide it. I thinkits okay if reports are all correect!!
