An I get a good branch in a good NIT with 131 marks in JEE Mains 2018? I belong to OBC NCL category and this will be my 2nd-attempt.

Yes, you are eligible for NITs as you have scored good marks as well as you are from OBC category. Go for the counselling and do your best.
