Always remember, you should pursue a course based on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goals.
After completing B.Tech, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
2) You may pursue

Both the course you mentioned are good to pursue and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
However as per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
