Dear Sandipan, MSc will be better for you. It will not only save your year but also equip you for Lectureship Jobs in any colleges. Completing master early means 1 more year to try for Govt jobs as per age bar.
And you can complete your MCA if you want to do so even after MSc , through Distance Learning directly in 3rd year. So you will have 2 masters instead of 1 , if you do MSc first.
