What is the meaning of qualifying exam mark sheet?

I am asked for the same while registering for UPSEE counselling. My UPSEE (PCB ) score is 172 and my rank is 6208.

    You have to upload your class 12th marksheet if you are applying for a UG course if you are applying for PG course then upload your graduation mark sheet.

    The qualifying exam marksheet means the score card of UPSEE along with 10th and 12th marksheets.
