What will happen if I didn't take BAMS final year final exam even if I had submitted exam form?

Asked about MUHS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Now I'm studying in BAMS 4th year. I want to drop out from BAMS. Can I? I had submitted exam form and what will happen if I don't appear for exam of any subject.
