What will happen if current equation of rupee and US dollar is reversed i.e if 1 rupee = 60$?

I knw its imposible but let us assumed that it happened, what will be the economic situation for both the countries?

    First it more than 60$ now ok and well they will be richer and we indian will have to struggle more to live in this world it will be tough.
