Well in my opinion, if you fall under OBC category you must have you OBC certificate for the admission and if you have that, then there shall not be any problem in getting admission and also you must have a good past academics record as your CAT score is average and you have to perform really well in GD/PI. -

I would suggest you to appear for February or May MAT and then apply as it would increase your chance of getting selected.
