No, you are not eligible this year because for JEE Mains, you have only 3 attempts. And all 3 attempts of your has lapsed.

Those who have passed class 12th in 2015 and 2016 are eligible to appear for JEE Mains. -
You can take maximum 3 attempts of JEE main exam. You should have done class 12th before 2014.
