Are 5-year law and 3-year law questions similar? Is there any repetition in the syllabus or not?

5 years agoHi Nomanjee, Try to understand, 3-year law and 5-year law both have different eligibility criteria.
5 years law programme is an integrated programme, which one can proceed just after 12th class whereas 3 years law programme can be pursued only after the graduation. Usually the students who decide on taking up law as career after graduation prefer this programme. So, since the programs almost same but for different students, the syllabi relating to law is same on both. Being an education consultant, I would recommend School of law, LPU, in North India. 5 year law is an integrated programme, it is combined graduation in Arts, Commerce or Business with LAW e. B.A. LL.B. It can be pursued after 10+2, The subjects in the first degree are different and LL.B. Are different. While 3 year Law programme is an individual LAW programme which can be pursued after the graduation. Usually the students who decide on taking up LAW as career after graduation prefer this programme. Well 5 years law programme is an integrated programme which covers the 3 years of a graduation degree I. e. B.A. B.Com or BBA and 2 years of LL.B. In the initial 3 years the subjects depends upon the programme you have chosen like Arts, Commerce or Management and after that the subjects covered will be of LL.B. So that is going to remain same.
