Are there any specific clubs or organizations for law students at Chandigarh University?

<p dir="ltr">There are always a lot of activities for the law department at Chandigarh University with some very exciting activities that keep them engaged and allow them to vibe with the legal world. It's not the usual grind of studying; they bring the real world into their classroom.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">What with expert talks of legal experts such as retired judges, advocates, and others taking legal pros to all levels on topics such as PILs, Land Laws, even the very buzz-worthy subject of the Sabarimala judgment – this is not just a lecture; it's practically an exclusive Q&amp;A where you get to pose any questions and get back the legit answers from the OGs in the industry. They do industrial visits also. There were these visits by the law students to AVON Cycles just to learn how the other side of legal life works in the corporate world. It's actually about learning and networking. They have even organized minority rights campaigns across villages to spread awareness - now that's using your skills for a meaningful cause.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Yes, yes Chandigarh University has a lot of clubs and organizations for law students, with theoretical knowledge, the university also focuses on practical knowledge and yes the law department has super and amazing Moot Court Society (MCS). These moot court rooms help you to get better at things like research, arguing your case, and just generally bossing it in legal stuff. CU also organize these intra-departmental and even national-level moots where you can learn a lot with real life examples and the department is always buzzing with several activities. They organize expert talks where reputed legal experts come and give knowledge… plus industrial visits to see how the real-world legal system works. CU even organizes workshops and campaigns like the Minority Rights Campaign and Consumer Awareness Programme, which are perfect if you're into social causes. Oh, and there's this Legal Awareness Campaign about ending violence against women – super relevant and impactful.</p>
