Indeed, students have the option to apply in the following round if they would choose not to apply in the existing AIIMS Deoghar deadline. They cannot, however, occupy any seats in the existing round if they wish to wait. Candidates who aim for the next cutoff round may have to face the possibility of losing their seat because the remaining candidates eventually fill the open seats within the allotted time. They may have to fight for the seats that are left over after the current cutoff.
