Yes, if you have completed Masters Degree from the IGNOU then it is acceptable and you are eligible to appear for the exam. You just need 55% marks overall if you are a general Candidate. For Reserved Category Candidate and for female category you can appear in the UGC NET Exam with 50% marks.
