Yes, you can apply but with such a low score you need to perform extremely well in GD/PI round and also, you have a good resume to attract the officials' attention. -

I don't think so with CAT score of below 1 percentile you can apply for the college. But if you have performed well in CMAT, MAT then you can apply through those cards.

No you can't. Have you given CMAT or MAT? They take 30 + percentile if you haven't given any exam other then CAT then you can try for management quota to get admission in Balaji.
