    Definitely you can so ME from BITS. You have to appear in BITS HD exam which is conducted in April- May every year.

    Yes. Anybody can do ME from BITS-Pilani after doing B.Tech from any other college. For that, you have to give BITS HD test. BITS has its own intake test for ME. Just score well on that and you can get into BITS-Pilani. The form for BITS HD is available around last week of April and the closing date is after a month i.e. last week of May. The test has two sections, first is general (basic class 12th stuff and aptitude) and 2nd is stream oriented. Even it has its own financial assistantship (Monthly Stipend or Fee Waiver 40% or both) that you can avail easily. You just need to crack a basic technical interview and nature of your assistan

    Yes, you can do it. But entrance mode can be different for BITS. You should check for it whether the admission criteria for ME is GATE or a separate entrance exam conducted by BITS.

No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
