Can I get a good college for B.Arch after scoring 149/200 in NATA and 3439 rank in JEE Mains (paper 2)? What is the admission procedure?

You will definitely get Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai.
First apply for Maharashtra state CET cell and attend the counseling online.
Be careful about NATA as it doesn't conduct any common counseling at all. So, you have to apply for a particular institution or for a particular state's counseling.

In case you don't get your desired college in your desired state, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. No, you can't get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design BArch course without NATA. The university accepts students for the other courses on a merit basis. But, if you want to enrol in the BArch course, NATA is mandatory.
