I belong to OC category and have got 97.5% in PCM in inter (second year).

I think they won't consider your board exam marks for admissions but there is some minimum eligibility. But you have scored more than what is needed. So, don't worry. Scholarship based on rank in Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering 2017:
10% of students admitted are eligible for the scholarship in the first year of B.Tech in each of the four campuses based on merit. This will be renewed in subsequent years as per the University rules. It is awarded as a waiver of tuition fee ranging from 90% to 25% depending on the rank in the Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering AEEE 2017.
