LPU has relaxed the eligibility norms in this scenario of Covid-19. For majority of the programmes LPU NEST is not a mandate. Here I am sharing the eligibility criteria of applying for CSE programme I. e. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. Dear Rahul, Yes, you can get admission for CSE in LPU with 85% in 12th from UP board but you have to fulfill the other eligibilities as well for the same. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to qualify for the either LPU NEST exam or should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam. Rahul, for admission in B.Tech CSE, you need to have 60% in 12th with valid LPUNEST score or JEE Mains score. For direct admission, you need to have 90% or above in class 12th.
