Can I get admission for engineering diploma based on my 10th SSc results?

I failed in my HSC board exams.

    Yes, you can get Diploma in Engineering by Polytechnic Diploma, which requires only SSC Certificate (class 10th mark sheet).
    A Diploma course in engineering involves classes on fundamental engineering concepts. It is a professional course, planned in such a way that students may still take up jobs in the field of engineering once they earn their diplomas.
    After Diploma, you can take direct admission in B.Tech (2nd year) through lateral entry. So, instead of the last two years of school and four years of the degree engineering course (a total of six years), the same qualification is achieved in the same time with three years of a Diploma

    After Diploma, you can take direct admission in B.Tech (2nd year) through lateral entry. So, instead of the last two years of school and four years of the degree engineering course (a total of six years), the same qualification is achieved in the same time with three years of a Diploma course and three years of the degree course after the direct transfer. Engineering entrance exams like JEE Main (previously AIEEE), JEE Advanced (previously IIT-JEE), and individual state and college Common Entrance Tests can be by passed and avoided.

    Yes, you can! Eligibility Criteria for taking admission is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th, subject to qualifying entrance exam. Some institutes give direct admission to students on the basis of their marks in 10th. You can do it from : DTU, PTU, UPTU, LPU
