Without applying for entrance test it is impossible to get admission to MBA in SIBM so you will have to try next year now -

Sibm pune consider snap score for admissions and to give snap you need to have min 50% in graduation or equivalent cgpa.
Most of the b-schools consider entrance exam score for admissions. But there are few b-schools which are not that famous but allow admissions without entrance score. You can also get admission through management quota.
