Kindly provide the rank. Or you can google the previous year opening and closing rank for the BIT mesra. This will give you a rough idea of whether or not you cab apply here. However, it changes year after year.

The admission in BIT Mesra is solely based on your JEE Mains ranks (for BE courses).
If you check out the last years opening and closing ranks for BE Biotechnology, and if your rank is in somewhat similar range, you might have a chance of getting admission. The opening and closing ranks do not change much for consecutive years. -
