Definitely,you have a very good profile.You must get outstanding scores in CAT, say 95+ percentile.You get admission in top business schools in India such as IIM and others.

Yes, it depends on how much weight these colleges give to undergraduate score. If its IIM B,I,S; then they give a lot of weight to undergraduate score, it gets a little difficult in that case.
