Can I get admission in Lovely Professional University? I got 58.4% in State board.

Please mention your course for which you want to take admission. But still I want to let you know that there are certain courses where the eligibility for admission is 50% such as Diploma, B.A. BCA B.Sc. IT. One more important information is that LPU is giving relaxation in percentage if you are lying under certain categories A) 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates, Defense personal and his dependents, wards of Kashmir migrants (Subject to verification of Documents) B) 10% relaxation to Outstanding sports persons (Subject to verification of Documents) So, if you are having above said category and you want to take admission in course having eligibility is 60% then you will get relaxed and then you can begin your admission process. Dear, Although I am not sure about which course you are asking. Actually, the eligibility criteria for admission differs from course to course. But I observe is that all the (Hons. ). Programmes require minimum 60% aggregate percentage in qualifying exams. B.Tech programme requires minimum 60% aggregate in 12th class and LPU NEST must be qualified. Although for better consultation, I request you to kindly mention your programme name and also the previous qualification in which you got 58.4%. Hi, In order to take admission in LPU for a maximum of the courses, the percentage required in 10+2 is 60% and for some its less % along with that subjects of study are also mentioned and the candidate needs to appear for LPU NEST Exam. In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and along with that you need to appear for LPU NEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission. Yes, there is a cut off for LPU NEST for every course that you need to attain to get an admission into that course. The test is an objective test and the structure of the test depends upon the course that you are intending to take admission. LPU NEST exam time also depends upon the course that you wish to take admission. For B.Tech courses even the previous year sample test can be downloaded from the LPU website. In order to apply the candidate needs to visit LPU website and apply and according has to book a slot. LPU NEST will be conducted online while the candidate is sitting at home in a proctored mode. Application fee for LPU NEST is INR 1000 for boys and INR 500 for girls. However, For Printed LPU NEST Kit Cost of Application form and Printed LPU NEST Kit is INR1500 (for Boys) and INR1000 (for Girls).
