NEET has very low points - the total points in NEET are 720, and the 100 average qualifying results.
NEET qualifying cut -off - to be eligible for admission (even in private colleges), you must first make NEET qualified. The cutting off changes every year, but usually happens:
About 137-117 for general category
SC/ST/OBC categories around 116-93 (based on previous years)
If you have not qualified for NEET - you cannot go into any medical (MBBS/BDS) college in India including private or understood universities.
If you are qualified but scoring less - even then, it is very difficult to get admission to a private
