Can I get admission in Sastra University? I got 57.13 percentile in JEE Mains and I am from general category.

As per the website of SASTRA, admissions are based only on marks obtained in 12th. The university will normalise the marks and then make merit list. Based on this merit list, admissions will be given. Some websites are telling that some seats are reserved for JEE Mains applicants but SASTRA website does not mention this. I would be happy to receive your input in this issue. 6 years agoAt these marks there is no chance to get admission in any government college like NIT or Gfit At these marks your general rank will be upto near 4lakh and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in government college but I will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE Mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any government college by state counselling hope you understand
