With your scores, it will be extremely difficult to get a call from XLRI. You will atleast need a 70,70,70 to become eligible for an interview call. Your scores are even below a 60,60,60 which puts at a huge disadvantage.
You should target other less competitive Management Colleges. Work on building a good profile and aquire good work experience. Also, you need to score among top rankers in the XAT exam for this. -
See, although the scores you mentioned are not that great. But it is still possible as long as you score outstandingly in XAT entrance test, clear all sectional cut offs (quant and verbal) and also perform well during GD and interviews. But the margin for error for you is very less as there also some candidates who would compete with you and having better scores in 10th to graduation than you.
