Can I get admission in UTA with GRE score 299 (quant-159 verbal-140) and 6.46 CGPA for MS in civil?

Hi Alex, 6.46 is a poor score for the top-ranked universities. Also, your GRE score is not too great. However, you can always try, a strong SOP and exceptionally good LORs might help. UC Berkeley, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Purdue University- West Lafayette and Carnegie Mellon University among others are well-known names for civil engineering programmes.
