Without taking the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), applicants may still be admitted to Vivekananda College, albeit this would depend on the particular subject and the admission requirements that the college has set for that particular academic year. No, Vivekananda College admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. While this DU-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BCom, BSc and MA, admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. Vivekananda College along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to undergraduate was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.
