No. Not at all. At such a low score in NEET Entrance Exam, you cannot get admission into any government medical college with only 100 marks in NEET Entrance Exam. You have not even cleared the cut-off so it is impossible for you to get admission.

Sorry, but you can't get admission in any government college with 100 marks in NEET. You should study and give the exam again next year and secure good marks so that you can take admission in government medical college. Or you can do MBBS from out of India also.
