    Yes, you can get admission to SRM University Sikkim with 60% in Class 12th, but it depends on the programme you are applying for.     University provided several options to get admission such as topp ranker across India in board and CBSE students can direct admission but if you got less marks in your 12th exam you can go through other examination options also. But for appearing or qualifying for admission you should have to score at least 50 % in your 12th examination
