Can I get ECE at Northern Engineering College if my JEE Mains percentile is 67 and CRL rank is 4 Lacs approx.? I am from Delhi region.

It will be very difficult for you to get admission in electronics and communication engineering at northern engineering college with 67 percentile in JEE Mains. Although give a try and participate in counselling. If not getting any seat, then go for colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University etc. You can also predict other possible colleges here:
