AIIMS Patna accept NEET scores for the admission to MBBS course across different All India categories. The NEET UG cutoff 2024 for AIIMS Patna is released at 1476 for the General AI category. At this point of time, students with 1500 rank or more than 1476 won't be able to get admission at AIIMS Patna. However, they can wait till the next seat allotment cutoff to extend further.
