The Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management has the eligibility criteria of completing 10+2 and the student should not have a score of less than 45%. And as you said you got overall 68% but failed in phyiscs so you would not get admission in CIET because every college has the minimum eligibility criteria of passing in all the subjects.

The Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management CIEM is one of the Best Institute in Calcutta which provides Bachelor in Science degree in Data Science Course.

The Eligibility Criteria is Candidate should have Minimum Aggregate marks of 10+2 grade with 60% or more in CBSE Board. But I don't think so that Student with failed in one of the subjects is eligible for the course.

In my opinion you should go for progress exam right in the August- september month for betterment in the results.

I hope you receive all the answers to your questions.
