It's unlikely that you'll be able to get admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch at VIT Chennai or VIT Vellore with a rank of 51,000 in VITMEE:
VIT Chennai: In 2016, the closing rank for the CSE branch at VIT Chennai was 14,000.
VIT Vellore: The expected opening rank for a VITEEE 2025 score of 72–81 is 5,001, and the closing rank is 6,500.

Ranking at 51,000 in VITMEE, getting a seat in CSE branch at VIT Chennai or VIT Vellore is going to be a challenge. Earlier, CSE cut-offs for campuses were considerably lesser.
