Hi Karan, As per the eligibility of CAT exam, you are not eligible to write. If you are appearing for graduation then if you think you can writing it. No, you don't have much options of colleges accepting less than 50% marks in Graduation. Also, if you belong to any reserved category then surely as per the eligibility you can have. Taking the CAT exam has no academic prerequisite. However, some institutes have prerequisites for admission. For example, top Iims require at least 80% aggregate score in graduation. So, you can take CAT exam but can't apply to that institute.
I would advise you to check websites of your targetted schools to know their requirements and whether you can get admission.
