Yes, you can definitely join Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology for B.Pharma without JEE mains. The entrance exams accepted for B.Pharma include JEE mains, WB JEE and CEE AMPAI. So other than JEE, you still have 2 other options left. The most chosen and suggested entrance exam is WB JEE, most of the students appear for this exam only. You can also go for CEE AMPAI, if you wish to.
