NIT Jamshedpur is a good option with EEE. It has good package around INR 10 lakh per annum and is doing well. Moreover, you have better options with CSE in MANIT Bhopal or in MVNIT, Jaipur.

It clearly depends on trends of admission in the institution. As far as I know, NITJSR offers healthy placements for EEE branch, and of course it is one of the best institution which provides a good placements and packages.
