a year agoHi, AFMC is basically college for providing doctors and nurses as per the requirement of armed forces. Hence any Indian National can seek admission of course subject to certain further criteria. However all these courses lead to graduation and subsequent joining of armed forces. The post graduate courses conducted here are not open to civilian candidates but restricted to qualified personnel from armed forces only. Hence I am afraid no-one from civilian background can not join any after graduation course. Best wishes to you.

To get admission in the AFMC BSc nursing programme, candidates must apply for the NEET UG exam. It is mandatory to appear for the NEET UG exam to be eligible for admission to the MNS course. The DGMS will conduct a separate aptitude test along with the interview and medical fitness test. But only those candidates who appear for the NEET UG exam will be able to apply for admission.
For B.Sc Nursing at AFMC Pune (2025), AFMC does not publish specific cutoff ranks or marks. Typically, a NEET-UG score above 550–600 is considered competitive for being shortlisted. Final admission depends on your NEET score, followed by if you clear AFMC's ToELR test, interview, psychological screening, and medical fitness requirements.
