Can I know which university is good for CSE, LPU or UPES Dehradun?

Dear Aspirant, LPU Jalandhar and UPES Dehradun are good private universities and well-known in the education sector. Coming to the CSE programme, I will provide you with information about CSE at LPU as many of my friends completed B.Tech in CSE from LPU and got placed in various MNCs. Placements are very good at LPU. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is 42 LPA. PEP Classes-These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Tie-ups with Industries: LPU has tie-ups with many reputed industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That help students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Hi, Devanshu, I would recommend LPU over UPES Dehradun for the CSE programme. I am an alumnus of LPU and my younger brother also studied CSE from LPU and got a good placement from LPU in Amazon with the package of 28 Lacs per annum. LPU offers various degree programmes in the CSE domain such as Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. Highly qualified faculty. Several specializations in the CSE such as Cyber Security, AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. The highest package for the programme is 42 LPA. In LPU, every year more than 90% of students are placed for CSE branch in many MNCs such Amazon, Code Nation, Infineon, etc. LPU provides many scholarships for bright and innovative students. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You do not need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc. Hope this helps.

As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch, the knowledge that I gained while my course duration has helped me a lot in shaping my career. I am currently working as an Application Development Analyst in Accenture, Noida. To begin with, LPU provides a lot of options in engineering only. It is one of the most highlighted courses. It has B.Tech and B.Tech (Hons) courses. B.Tech (Hons. ). With time they had introduced my new programs considering in mind the change occurring in technology. LPU has been ranked in the top 100 private universities by many outer agencies such as Business Today, golden star awards, Digital learning, zee news etc. More than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU Following is the data showing the placements of LPU students by top brand companies. 1. Microsoft with a package of 42 Lacs per annum. 2. Amazon with a package of 16 Lacs per annum The main concern of every student and their parents is the job and LPU fulfills that requirement. According to the placement data of 2019-20 LPU has given jobs to 90% of their students appearing in the interview. LPU is better, we can compare both on the factor of placement graph, the company visited by MNC, avg salary in all term LPU is better.

The B Tech CSE programme is one programme that LPU is known for.
